- Word Limit: 450 words
- Restrictions: No tables, references, or figures
- Submission Limit: One abstract submission per presenter
- Deadline: Incomplete abstracts past the deadline will not be considered
- Deadline: Submissions after the deadline will not be considered
- Complete Guidelines: Equations, chemistry, etc.

- Poster Size: 4 ft. x 4 ft.
- Tip: short, descriptive, and imaginative titles catch more viewers
- Tip: diagrams, graphs, and images direct viewers attention

APSA is providing travel awards to local chapters that best promote APSA and its goals of developing young physician-scientists' careers

- Judging Criteria: Best promotion of APSA and development of physician-scientists careers
- Eligibility Criteria: must have a local chapter established at the institution
